Lutheran Church of the Savior
Taken on the day my sister was ordained as a Lutheran pastor. I got some good pics of Debbie, many poor photos of the ceremony, and some excellent images of the church’s grounds. I like this one best.

Field of Dreams
I first read Kinsella’s Shoeless Joe when it was new, and it was magical. The movie based on the book is differently magical. Both are among my favorites.

Shelby
Mulliken’s motorcycle club, Brothers of the Ring, plays host to a community block party in late August every summer. It’s called Hot Rods and Harleys, and they describe it as “The Largest Street Party in Eaton County.”

On Board Badger
We ended the Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin venture I mentioned a few days back by riding the ferry across Lake Michigan. While I took the usual photographs of the Manitowoc and Ludington waterfronts from the boat, for most of the trip I photographed our fellow travelers.
