AKA Veterans Memorial Bridge. It crosses the Grand River in downtown Portland, Michigan. ‘Tis a pretty bridge.
This (PDF) document, prepared for the Historic American Engineering Record in 1990, gives a history of the bridge. It’s since been restored, and reopened to (one-way) traffic. The doc’s conclusion that a restoration would help relieve traffic congestion in downtown Portland seems a bit optimistic; the restoration was likely more about community pride than improving traffic flow.
