I'd call it an untested assertion. It may be true, but I don't know that anyone's actually mentioned the Northwoods League. Clapaty brought up the MWL by implication, and I alluded to the Frontier League in relation to another city. Of course, my note doubts that any Midwest League team will even be available, which has little to do with the attractiveness of a Northwoods franchise. I take that to be Mr. Clapaty’s opinion, as well.
