BC Yanks to Dubuque?

Tuesday's Battle Creek Enquirer ran several articles reporting that the Yanks were planning a move to Dubuque, Iowa. This is still preliminary discussion, and is subject to a bunch of approvals and other things, including Dubuque financing and building a stadium.
(I was not been able to locate a comparable story at the Dubuque end, partly because the Telegraph Herald has a subscription-only website.)
While it's not a done deal, this has to be considered a death knell for MWL baseball at C.O. Brown Stadium, I think.
